General information, not medical advice

Everything on this site, including articles and videos, is general information for parents and guardians. It does not replace a consultation, and reading or watching it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Your child’s diagnosis and treatment depend on their own history and examination.

Sending us your child’s information

You may send details and records through our forms only if you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, and only if what you send is accurate and yours to share. Sending a form does not guarantee an appointment, an opinion or a reply within a set time. How we use what you send is explained in our Privacy policy.

Videos and other people’s content

Our videos are hosted on YouTube. They play only when you press play, and YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy then apply. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Hotels and other suggestions

Any hotels or places to stay that we suggest are suggestions only and are not endorsements. We take no commission or fee from any hotel or other business. Please check reviews and confirm availability, prices and suitability yourself.

Estimates and fees

Any estimate we give is written, itemised and specific to your child’s case. Nothing on this website is an offer of a fixed price or a guarantee of an outcome.

Our content

The text, photographs, videos and design on this site belong to Dr. Shah and Borivali Healthcare, or are used with permission. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit. Please do not copy, republish or sell the content without our written permission.

Using the site properly

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break or overload it, send harmful files, submit false information, or use it to contact us for purposes unrelated to a child’s care.

Some pages are available in other languages for your convenience. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text applies.
